These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Findbelow Ventures (“Findbelow”, “we”, “us”), operator of the ozDNA brand and platform (“Service”).
If you enter into a separate written enterprise agreement or Data Processing Agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.
Service Description
ozDNA provides vertical AI infrastructure — including an API gateway, model routing, prompt management, RAG workflows, usage analytics, and cost attribution — for teams building production AI products. The Service is currently offered in private beta; features, endpoints, and availability may change without notice.
- Website: Marketing, documentation, waitlist, and trust resources at ozdna.com
- Platform API: Authenticated REST endpoints at api.ozdna.com (production) and api.sandbox.ozdna.com (sandbox)
- Vertical modes: Workflows tuned for academic, legal, financial, and general use cases
- Support: Best-effort during beta; formal SLAs available under enterprise plans when offered
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We will use reasonable efforts to notify active API customers of material breaking changes.
API Usage
API access requires a valid key issued by Findbelow. You are responsible for all activity under your keys.
- Authenticate every request with Authorization: Bearer <key>
- Keep keys confidential; do not embed live keys in client-side code or public repositories
- Respect rate limits, quotas, and plan boundaries — excess usage may be throttled or billed per agreement
- Use sandbox keys for development; production keys only for live workloads
- Comply with upstream provider terms (e.g. OpenAI) when inference is routed through third parties
We may revoke keys immediately for violation of these Terms, security risk, or non-payment. API documentation at ozdna.com/docs describes current endpoints; undocumented behavior is not guaranteed.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, spam, fraud, or harassment
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or billing controls
- Probe or scan infrastructure without written authorization (see responsible disclosure)
- Build products whose primary purpose is academic dishonesty, detection evasion, or impersonation of humans without disclosure
- Process personal data you lack lawful basis to process, or special-category data without adequate safeguards
- Reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited restrictions are unenforceable under applicable law
- Resell raw API access without a written reseller agreement with Findbelow
ozDNA does not offer text humanization or detection-evasion tooling. Requests designed solely to evade AI detection systems are out of scope and may be blocked.
We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
Intellectual Property
Our property: Findbelow owns the Service, ozDNA trademarks, platform code, default prompts, documentation, and branding. These Terms grant no ownership rights — only a limited, revocable license to use the Service during your subscription or beta period.
Your property: You retain ownership of content you submit through the API (“Customer Content”). You grant Findbelow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
Output: Subject to upstream model provider terms, you receive rights to model output generated for your requests, except where output incorporates our proprietary templates or third-party restricted content. You are responsible for reviewing output before production use — especially in regulated domains (legal, financial, compliance).
Feedback: Suggestions you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDBELOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated — particularly for legal, medical, or financial decisions. You must implement human review where stakes are high.
Beta features are experimental and may be withdrawn. Uptime targets in marketing materials are aspirational unless covered by a signed SLA.
Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDBELOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid Findbelow for the Service in that period, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Findbelow harmless from claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
Before filing suit, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting hello@ozdna.com within 30 days of the dispute arising.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed order form, constitute the entire agreement between you and Findbelow regarding the Service.
