Privacy Policy

This policy describes how we handle personal data when you visit ozdna.com, join our waitlist, or use the ozDNA platform API and related services during private beta.

Findbelow Ventures (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates ozdna.com and the ozDNA vertical AI infrastructure platform (the “Service”). We process personal data as a data controller for website visitors, waitlist registrants, and authorized users of our API and dashboard.

By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you use ozDNA on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept this policy for that organization.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories (health, biometric, children’s data) through the public website. Customers must not submit unlawful content via the API.

Legal bases (where GDPR applies): contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing where required), and legal obligation.

02

Cookies

ozdna.com uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functional and to understand aggregate usage.

  • Strictly necessary: Session and security cookies required for form submission and CDN delivery
  • Analytics: Privacy-oriented analytics (e.g. Plausible) and, when enabled, Google Analytics — used to measure traffic, not to sell personal data
  • Preferences: Local storage for UI state where applicable

You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may limit waitlist or documentation features. Where required by law, we will request consent before non-essential analytics cookies are set.

03

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law.

  • Waitlist records: Until you unsubscribe or 24 months after last interaction, whichever is sooner
  • API logs & audit events: Per organization settings; default 90 days rolling (enterprise export available on roadmap)
  • Submitted API content: Processed transiently for workflow execution; retention configurable by plan — default minimal retention after response delivery
  • Support email: Up to 3 years for dispute resolution and quality assurance
  • Analytics: Aggregated; raw event data per provider default (typically 12–24 months)

When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data using commercially reasonable methods.

04

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process, including TLS for data in transit, hashed API key storage, access controls, and audit logging. Details are published on our Security page and Trust Center.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact security@ozdna.com immediately.

05

International Transfers

Findbelow Ventures is established in Turkey. Our Service uses infrastructure and subprocessors that may process data in Turkey, the European Union, the United States, and other regions where our hosting and AI providers operate.

When personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required — including Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or your explicit consent for specific transfers.

Subprocessors (non-exhaustive): cloud hosting (Netlify), analytics providers, and LLM inference providers (e.g. OpenAI) invoked when you use API workflows. A formal subprocessor list will be published for enterprise customers; contact privacy@ozdna.com for current details.

06

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

  • Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure — request deletion where no lawful basis to retain
  • Restriction — limit processing in certain circumstances
  • Portability — receive data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing

Turkey (KVKK): Data subjects in Turkey may exercise rights under Law No. 6698 by contacting us. We will respond within statutory timeframes.

EU/EEA (GDPR): You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lead contact for privacy requests is privacy@ozdna.com.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests. We will respond within 30 days unless extension is permitted by law.

07

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
