OZDNA.COM/PRODUCTS — VERIFIABILITY SOFTWARE

Two products.
One principle.

ozDNA builds software so claims can be checked — not trusted on faith. ComplyDNA answers Turkish compliance questions with statutory citations. OriginDNA gives every image a provable origin before the EU AI Act marking deadlines land.

[01]WHAT

Claims you can check.
It's in the DNA.

P1 / REGTECH — TÜRKÇE

COMPLYDNA

Compliance LLM for Turkish financial regulation. MASAK communiqués, AML/CFT laws 5549 & 6415, KVKK — every sentence answered with an inline [TEBLİĞ / Madde] citation. Auditable answers, not guesses. Cloud API or fully on-premises.

STATUS Early access MARKET TR compliance teams LANG Türkçe
P2 / PROVENANCE — GLOBAL

ORIGINDNA

Content provenance infrastructure. Every image gets a DNA: a cryptographic signature at creation, a timestamp no one can backdate, and a perceptual fingerprint that survives when platforms strip metadata. Built for EU AI Act Article 50 content marking — compliance as a simple API.

[02]THE DEADLINE

The clock is not abstract.
It has dates.

DateWhat happensWhat it means
Aug 2, 2026 EU AI Act Article 50 applies; California SB 942 takes effect the same day. Article 50 transparency duties begin. New GenAI systems must mark AI-generated content in machine-readable form (Art. 50(2)) from day one; chatbot and deepfake disclosures also apply.
Dec 2, 2026 Art. 50(2) machine-readable marking grace ends for GenAI systems already on the market before Aug 2, 2026. Legacy GenAI apps must mark too — the enforcement wave OriginDNA launches into. Other Art. 50 duties were not deferred.
Feb 2, 2027 Interoperable detection required (Code of Practice pathway; consortium route open to SMEs). Ad-hoc watermarks won't cut it; standards-based, interoperable marking will.
Since Jan 14, 2026 Etsy requires sellers to disclose AI-made work. Marketplaces moved first — sellers need a better answer than a checkbox.

Not legal advice — dates from the EU AI Act timeline and the Digital Omnibus Art. 50(2) carve-out. Your obligations depend on your product and jurisdiction.

[04]FAQ
What products does ozDNA offer?

Two products under one principle: every output carries the evidence to check it. ComplyDNA answers Turkish compliance questions with article-level statutory citations. OriginDNA gives images a provable origin for EU AI Act Article 50 content marking.

What is the regulatory deadline?

August 2, 2026 — EU AI Act Article 50 and California SB 942 apply. December 2, 2026 — Art. 50(2) machine-readable marking grace ends for GenAI systems already on the market before Aug 2. OriginDNA's MVP ships in October 2026 and launches into that December wave.

Who is this for?

ComplyDNA: Turkish compliance teams. OriginDNA: GenAI apps that must mark content (primary), marketplace sellers and creators (secondary), newsrooms and fact-checkers (free forever), and later legal/enterprise evidence capture.

Is OriginDNA an AI detector?

No — deliberately. Detectors guess after the fact. OriginDNA works from the other end: content proves where it came from at creation. Provenance, not detection.

Is there a token or crypto wallet?

No wallet, no token, nothing to buy or hold — and no token is planned. Both products are normal SaaS. We never touch user funds.
