Billing model
Usage-Based Billing
Platform subscriptions are separate from AI usage charges. Your plan covers the gateway, routing, analytics, and support. Inference costs track actual consumption — or your provider’s invoice if you bring your own keys.
Platform subscription
Fixed monthly fee for workspaces, API keys, model routing, prompt registry, analytics, team features, and support tier. Predictable — independent of token volume.
AI usage charges
Token and request costs for models routed through ozDNA. Metered by provider rates with cost visibility per workflow. With BYOK, usage bills go to your provider; ozDNA still meters for observability.
Bring Your Own Key
Connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers with your own API keys. Keep existing contracts and spend caps while ozDNA handles routing, fallbacks, and cost analytics.

Bring Your Own API Key (BYOK)
Yes. Route traffic through the ozDNA gateway using your own provider keys. You keep direct billing with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others, while ozDNA provides intelligent routing, observability, prompt registry, and cost controls on top.
How does billing work?
Two line items: (1) your platform plan — Developer free, Startup $79/mo, Growth $399/mo, or Enterprise custom — and (2) AI usage, metered by tokens/requests when using ozDNA-managed keys, or billed by your provider under BYOK. Invoices and usage breakdowns are available in the dashboard.
Enterprise deployment
Enterprise includes SSO and SAML, dedicated or private deployment options, compliance support, a dedicated success manager, and a custom SLA. We’ll scope residency, networking, and security requirements with your team — contact sales to start.
Free plan limits
Developer includes 1 workspace, 2 API keys, basic analytics, community support, and a limited monthly request allowance for prototyping. When you need unlimited projects, team members, production routing, and email support, upgrade to Startup.
